4. Notices of using rubber tracks

Improper driving operation is the most important factor of rubber track damage, so in order to protect the rubber track and prolong the service life, users must pay attention to the following points when using the machine:
(1) It is forbidden to walk under overload. When overloaded, it will increase the tension of the rubber crawler and accelerate the wear of the iron core. In severe cases, the core iron breaks and the steel cord breaks.
(2) Do not make sharp turns while walking. Sharp corner can easily lead to off-track damage to the track, but also the guide wheel or anti-off guide rail impact core iron core fall off.
(3) Forbid climbing the steps forcibly, this will make the root of the pattern to have the crack, in case of serious breaks of the steel cord.
(4) It is forbidden to frictionally walk on the edge of the step. Otherwise, the edge of the crawler will be swept away and interfere with the body, causing scratches and cuts on the edge of the crawler.
