1. Minimize damage to the rubber surface of the track.
Avoid driving on crushed stone or gravel roads. Gravel roads will cause tiny cracks on the rubber surface. In severe cases, water ingress will lead to corrosion and breakage of the steel wires inside the track, resulting in core layer detachment.

2. Avoid direct sunlight and rain exposure, and prevent rubber track aging caused by corrosive substances such as chemicals, oils and salts.
Clean the track promptly after operating on saline-alkali soil; otherwise, the internal core components of the track will rust.
If contaminated by chemicals or oil, clean it in a timely manner to prevent rubber aging.
If the machine will be out of service for a long time, reduce the track tension, rinse off mud and debris, store it indoors, and keep it away from sunlight and rain.

3. Do not use mismatched undercarriage gear parts.
Drive wheels, track rollers, carrier rollers, idlers and other undercarriage components must be matched with standard-sized parts. Do not use modified or non-standard sized accessories in an attempt to enhance equipment performance, and avoid using shoddy non-standard parts.
Generally, the dimensional accuracy of non-standard modified wheels cannot be guaranteed, which will easily cause malfunctions during operation. Typical issues include overly thin drive wheels, undersized idler diameter, oversized roller dimensions, etc.
In addition, avoid using gear transmission parts with excessively high material hardness. Excessively hard driving accessories will accelerate wear on the track core lugs. The hardness of the raised parts on the track will be far lower than that of the core channel, which will severely damage the track and even void all after-sales warranty services.
