Polybags,steel by pallet or your REQUIRED.

WARRANTY INFORMATION :

In general, our warranty time is 6 months or 500 working hours.

When incorrectly using our products to make the rubber track damage, we will not compensate our customers' losses.

But if the damage is caused because of our production problem, we will

compensate the relevant losses as follows:

1)If use the products not more than 3 months, we will compensate all the losses of clients when the quality problem happens;

2)If use the products for 3-5 months, we will compensate 50% of the losses when the quality problem happens;

3)If use the products for 5-6 months, we will compensate 25% of the losses when the quality problem happens.

ORDERING DETAILS INFORMATION

In order to enable you to obtain the rubber track matching with your machine carefully , we need you to supply the information clearly as following details:

1) Machine / Vehicle's brand

2) Machine / Vehicle's model number

3) The specification and size of the rubber track.

You may also supply the following more detailed information:

1) the width of the rubber track section

2) the distance between two nearest pitches of every piece of rubber track

3) the number of pitch in one piece of rubber track

4) the tracking type of rubber track
